Paul holds Masters degrees in Psychology and Psychotherapy and a Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analytic Psychotherapy. He is a Certified Transactional Analyst, an accredited counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and a registered psychotherapist with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists.

Paul runs a private counselling and psychotherapy practice in Battersea, fifteen minutes walk from Clapham South Tube station and Clapham Junction overground station. He works with clients individualy and in groups and also offer low-cost clinical supervision in these formats. Paul is currently the Clinical Director of The Awareness Centre, an Associate Therapist with PACE, WELL and Ceridian and a member of the Directory of The Pink Therapists. He has been the Counselling Service Co-ordinator for Off The Record, Croydon, from 2004 to 2006 and Associate Lecturer at Epping Forest College (2005-2006).
